To avail the services offered by Shubayu, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all guidelines applicable to our services.

Shubayu is operated by Milky Fresh Foods Private Limited, incorporated on 11 February 2019, with its registered office in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Our promoters have over 20 years of experience in the food and dairy industry.

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price prevailing at the time of placing your order will apply.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product at any time without liability.
• Products are subject to availability. In the event of non-availability, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking through Razorpay payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) where available based on pincode serviceability.

All online transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as Shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• To cancel an order, log into your account and use the Cancel Order option, or contact our support team immediately.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with full refund to the customer.

• We deliver pan-India. Delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery is fulfilled through Delhivery. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and available in your account.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹799. A shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below this value.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or defective products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Quality concerns: Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with details. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For online payments, a 2% refund processing charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are not applicable for products consumed beyond a reasonable extent or purchased from third-party retailers.

• Reward points are earned at 1 point per ₹1 spent and can be redeemed at 100 points = ₹1 discount.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Shubayu reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards programme at any time.
• Points expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Milky Fresh Foods Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, to the exclusion of all other courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
